Artisan Gluten-Free Bread

Vegan gluten-free bread! Oh my gosh this was soo good. This beautiful artisan bread. It’s airy, delicious, and so soft. It is delicious with soups, sandwiches, and toast. You can substitute the tapioca with arrowroot and the Sourgum with Buckwheat. If you want to make it a sweeter bread add some sugar and raisin.



Recipe:

100g Tapioca flour

100g Brown Rice flour

100g Sourgum flour

100g Chickpea flour

3 Tbsp Psyllium husk

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1 cup water

Directions:

1. Mix flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.

2. Mix water and psyllium in a bowl. It will thicken very quickly.

3. Mix together until fully combined. You can hand need or use a machine.

4. Bake at 350F until golden brown, about 45min to 1 hour.
