What’s the holidays without Magic Bars? Here is an amazing vegan gluten free Magic Bar recipe. It’s very adaptable and super easy to make. Theses addicting bars are undoubtedly live up to their Magic name.

These are the perfect dump and bake cookie bars made a tiny bit healthier.



Makes 16 Bars

Ingredients:

2/3 cup almond flour

1 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup coconut flour

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp Maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups coconut flakes

1/2 cup pecans

1 2/3 cup chocolate chips

1 cup full fat coconut milk

1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

1. Pour sugar and coconut milk into a sauce pan on low heat. Bring to a simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Condense it until you have a thick consistency.

2. Preheat oven to 350F

3. Mix oats, flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into a bowl. Spread out into a small baking pan.

3. Bake for 10 minutes.

4. Spread pecans, chocolate, and coconut over the crust in that order. Then pour our condensed coconut milk evenly over the top.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the coconut is browned.

6. Chill, cut, and enjoy!
