Breakfast Tiramisu

High protein, gluten free, healthy, and more delicious than you can possible imagine. This breakfast tiramisu is the best sweet breakfast you could possibly indulge in. It’s perfect for meal prep or a healthy dessert. It’s surprisingly easy and always

delicious.




1 serving

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup Oats

-1/2 cup applesauce or 1/3cup plant milk with 1 Tbsp of ground flax and 1 tbsp liquid sweetener

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 packet (170g) of silken tofu

-1 -2 Tbsp liquid sweetener or/ and 1 banana

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

-1 Tbsp cocoa powder(optional)

-1/2 cup strong coffee

Directions:

1.Blend oats to make oat flour.

2.Add in apple sauce )or milk mixture ), and baking powder.

3.Bake for 20 minutes on 375F on a silicon mat or in a baking pan.

4.Blend tofu, sweetener, chia, and vanilla to make a pudding.

5.Brush or spoon coffee onto oat cake to soak it with the coffee. Make sure you don’t put so much it falls apart, but make sure it is saturated.

6.Layer cake and pudding into a jar and let chill for 1 hour to overnight.

7.Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
