This protein-packed blueberry smoothie bowl tastes just like a blueberry muffin. It's a fantastic treat for mornings. I recommend having this with a crunchy topping like cereal or waffles to create a beautiful texture contrast. I recommend adding the protein powder or oats to give it that signature muffin flavor. Bend and enjoy!

Serves 1 Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

- 1 cup Blueberries

- 1/2 cup Plant Milk

- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or 1/4 cup Oats

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 Frozen Bananas

Toppings

- More Blueberries

- Chia seeds

- Cereal

- Puffed Grains


Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until desired texture. Add ice or more liquid as needed.

2. Top and enjoy!
