A perfect immunity boosting bowl of oatmeal for cold or sick mornings, Feel free to switch the pear to another fruit such as an apple or plum. Also, to make it overnight oats, prep it the night before and let it sit overnight.

Serves 1 Time 15min

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

- 1 Pear or other fruit

- 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

- 1 Tbsp Flax

- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric

- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamon

- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

- Sweetener if desired

- 1 cup Water or Plant Milk

- Nut Butter to top.

Topping Ideas

- Nut Butter

- Coconut

- Chia Seeds

- Gogi Berries

Directions

1. Put a saucepan on medium heat and chop up half your pear.

2. Saute half a pear and spices with a dash of water until soft, about 5 minutes.

3. Add oats, liquid, and other ingredients. Cook stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Add more liquid if you desire.

4. Top with the other half of pear and other toppings if desired. Enjoy!
