Holiday Cheese Ball

Holiday vegan cashew cheese ball! Creamy cheese with a crunchy walnut cranberry crust. Perfect for dinner parties and family gatherings. This is super easy to make the night before and makes great leftovers.




Holiday ball

- 1 cup Soaked Cashews

-1 Tbsp Miso

-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

-2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

-The juice of one Lemon

- 2 cloves of Garlic

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary

- 1/2 Cup Walnuts

- 1/2 Cup Cranberries

Directions

1. Blend everything except cranberries and walnuts until creamy.

2. Wrap in a square of parchment paper and from into a ball. It will be lose right now, but seal it with a rubber band and chill for 3 hours or overnight.

3. Unwrap and roll in walnuts and cranberries.

4. Serve and enjoy!
