Pot Stickers

Vegan Pot stickers! These delicious vegan pot stickers are not only easy to make and absolutely delicious, they are also very fun! Don’t lay the fold intimidate you, it’s actually pretty simple. Just pinch and fold in. You can also just pinch and fry.

Ingredients:
1 pack of man doo pi (wrappers)
2 cups finely chopped white mushrooms
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup edamame
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp chopped ginger
3/4 cup rice noodles
1 cup onion
3/4 cup Carrot
Directions:
1. Sauté vegetables and sauces until cooked. Set aside.
2. With a bowl full of water, wet the outside of the wrapper. Drop a heaping Tbsp of filling into the center. Press edges together and fold into the seal. Look at vide above for examples!
3. Heat a pan with more oil to medium heat. Place pot stickers into the pan for 3 minutes with a cover. Add a bit of water with into the pan and cover for another 4 minutes.
4. Serve with sauce and enjoy!
Serve with sauce. (1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp mirin, and 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
