Matcha Coconut Marbled Cake

Matcha coconut marbles cake. Vegan as delicious! Recipes down below and in bio. This was a super easy tasty treat for a big celebration or a tea party.





Coconut matcha cake:

1 1/2 cup All purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup room temperature vegan butter

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp egg replacer (ground flax, chia or starch)

1 tbsp matcha

Matcha glaze:

1/2 tbsp matcha

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp or more of coconut milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 350F and grease a cake/bread tin.

2. Cream butter and sugar together with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add coconut flour, shred s, vinegar and coconut milk. Blend till combined

3. Sift flour and baking power. Fold into batter gently.

4. Divide in batter in half. To one half add matcha. Gently mix until just combined.

5. Scoop 1/2 cup of batter and pour into pan. Place 1/2 cup of opposite batter on top. Repeat until you run out of batter. Bang down the pan once or twice to get bubbles out. Take a knife and gently drag it though the batter.

6. Bake for 40 to 50 minor until done.

7. Mix ingredients for glaze together.

8. Drizzle with glaze, decorate and enjoy.
