Watermelon Smoothie Bowl 3 Ways

With ripe watermelon somehow finding it's way into my life, watermelon smoothie bowls are some of my favorite breakfasts on warm mornings. All you need is some frozen watermelon and the rest is very easy. The protein powder is optional but recommended for a light vanilla taste and soft texture. Blend, top, and enjoy!




Watermelon Tropical Smoothie Bowl

This is a tropical smoothie bowl with delicious super food to top.

Ingredients

- 3 cups Frozen Watermelon

- 1 cup Frozen Tropical Fruit

- 2 Tbsp Coconut

- 1 cup Plant Milk or Water

- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

Toppings

- Chia seeds

- Banana

- Fruit

-Hemp Seeds

- Coconut

Directions

1.Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.

2. Top and enjoy!


This is a beautiful watermelon watermelon smoothie bowl. This is sweet and amazing on summer days.

Watermelon Watermelon Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

-2 cups Frozen Watermelon

- 1/2 Scoop Protein Powder

- 1/2 Frozen Banana

- 1 cup Plant Milk or water

- Ice as needed

Toppings

-Banana

-Spinach

- Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Blend ingredients and add ice or liquid according to how thick you want your smoothie.

2. Top with a outer layer of spinach, a banana layer, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.



Green Watermelon Smoothie

I love to have this with cereal. It's delicious with the crunch from cereal, vanilla from the protein powder, and sweet watermelon. You can make this without the yogurt, just substitute with plant milk.

Ingredients

- 2 cups Frozen Watermelon

- 1/2 cup Coconut yogurt or Plant Milk

-1/4 to 1/2 cup Plant Milk

-1 cup Spinach

- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Toppings

- Cereal

- Watermelon

Directions

1. Blend and add ice or plant milk according to how thick you want it.

2. Top and enjoys!
