White bean cookie dough! This is my favorite healthy recipe for cookie dough cravings. This recipes is super easy, fast, inexpensive delicious, and delicious! A little tip, dented cans are less expensive and just as delicious. This is protein pack with 41 grams of protein per a recipe. I like eating this plain, with fruit or on top of banana nice cream. This recipe is the sweetest and in my opinion best way to eat a can of beans in one day. This was my first food video!
Ingredients
- 1 can White beans
- 1 Tbsp cashew butter
- 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
- 1 to 3 Dates(depends on how sweet you want it) or other sweetener
- 1 Tbsp Water
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
- dash of salt
Directions
1. Blend beans, cashew butter, vanilla, dates, and cinnamon in a food processor till smooth.
2. Add cinnamon, salt, and powdered peanut butter. Blend till smooth. Add chocolate chips.
3. Enjoy!
